RTL Design & Verification
RTL development, testbench writing and verification guidance, with attention to design behaviour and correctness.
About Mistic-Tech / Hyderabad
Practical VLSI learning, academic project guidance and research mentoring. Connecting engineering education with semiconductor industry experience since 2017.

01 / Our Story
Praveen Bohra established Mistic-Tech in 2017 with a vision to connect semiconductor industry knowledge with practical engineering education. Based in Hyderabad, Mistic-Tech brings together VLSI training, academic project guidance and research-oriented technical support.
Our core focus has remained VLSI education and project mentoring, while our work has evolved alongside advances in design, verification, FPGA and SoC technologies. We support B.Tech and M.Tech students, research scholars, graduates, working professionals and engineering institutions.
From understanding a digital design concept to exploring its implementation, the emphasis is on learning how—and why—a design works.

Founder, Director & Trainer
Years of semiconductor
& VLSI industry experience
Praveen’s professional background spans ASIC design, video codec architectures, high-speed memory interfaces, SoC bus architectures and FPGA-based system validation.
His career includes work with NVIDIA in Hyderabad and Santa Clara, PortalPlayer Inc., and TTM India/TTM Inc. in Hyderabad and San Jose. These are part of his professional experience, not a statement of Mistic-Tech partnerships.
He has trained engineers and conducted foundation and advanced VLSI workshops at engineering colleges. That experience informs the way Mistic-Tech connects concepts, design decisions and hands-on technical work.
03 / Our Expertise
Technical guidance across the connected stages of VLSI design and implementation.
RTL development, testbench writing and verification guidance, with attention to design behaviour and correctness.
Digital logic, finite state machines and behavioural, structural and RTL modelling in Verilog.
FPGA prototyping, bring-up and system validation, with implementation and demonstrations where applicable.
Architecture-level understanding of ASIC-oriented designs, SoC systems and video-processing hardware.
High-speed memory interfaces, AMBA bus architectures and serial protocols including SPI, I2C and UART.
Simulation, debugging, synthesis and timing guidance to connect design intent with implementation.
04 / Our Approach
Mentoring is shaped around the project’s scope and the learner’s starting point.
Explore the underlying concepts, project objectives and relevant digital design fundamentals.
Work through the block diagram, interfaces and design choices that guide development.
Receive guidance on RTL and Verilog development, alongside testbench preparation.
Study design behaviour, investigate issues and refine the implementation through testing.
Work on synthesis and implementation, including FPGA demonstration where applicable.
Prepare documentation, presentations and demonstrations, with research-oriented technical guidance where relevant.
05 / Mission & Vision
To help engineering graduates develop academic VLSI projects, deepen their practical understanding and build relevant technical skills through training and mentoring informed by industry experience.
To nurture the next generation of VLSI professionals by connecting education, project work and evolving semiconductor technologies, while continuing to share knowledge with aspiring engineers.
